Proper arrangement of photos and other items can make the difference between a well-put-together scrapbook and a cluttered one.
Organization is important to ensure availability of items and planning is essential in arranging their placement.
You should NEVER begin pasting items directly into your layout randomly.
Without planning what items to include and where to place which items, it is likely that you will wind up with a mess on your hands.
Quantity is as important as planning in this stage. Too much of any one item can lead to an unfocused, distracting environment for your photos.
Less clutter allows the focus and attention to be directed towards the photos and other items of your choice.
Use simple, clean layouts for large picture themed layouts and well-lined, structured rows of multi-pictured layouts.
If a layout even seems to be just a little cluttered during your ‘trial’ arrangement, remove items from it or reorganize them until you are satisfied with the arrangement.
